Online Course "Spring" Glass Materials Box

This Glass Materials Box Accompanies the Online Course "Spring".

It contains all the glass materials you need to follow the full course and make a glass mosaic panel approximately 10 x 15"/26 x 38 cm.

I have chosen certain colours, but you can use different ones, and if you have your own glass, please feel free to use it.  These kits are mostly set up for those who are not glass hoarders or are trying this craft out for the first time.

The kit contains:

Stained glass, a bag of mixed gems and dots, Ladybirds, a Bumblebee kit, mirror strips for the border edging, a single-sided razor blade, and a bag of black grout.

I generally work on a mirror base but if you prefer to work on clear glass or wood, just change to the appropriate adhesive. 

For the edging, I generally use thin strips of mirror, but you can use strips of coloured glass, clear textured glass, mosaic tiles, medium gems, a mix of the different edges, or anything that you think looks nice.  I will be covering all this in Part 1. 

We will not be using this glass until we start lesson 2, on January 11th, 2025.
