Shipping policy

Your shipping rate is calculated on a cumulative weight basis for your entire order. You are not charged shipping for each individual item within your parcel.

Please note that it may be cheaper to ship several separate smaller orders than one bulk heavy order as shipping rates increase quite drastically as the weight of your parcel increases. 

Please note that certain parcels (depending on weight or value) will need to be signed for - this will usually be stated at check out. You accept that this may involve collecting your item from the post office if you are not at home during the attempted delivery.

Please not that Economy Shipping is by boat and is only suitable for those not in a rush to receive their order. We are unable to give a time span for the arrival of your order.

We will always strive to get you the best shipping rates that we can, depending on the urgency, size and weight of your order and are open to looking into alternative methods of shipping for you if necessary.

If you receive damaged parcels or packages then please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions before you attempt to open your parcel or package.

Please note that we offer a local collection service from Oakfields Studio, Jackmoor, Devon EX5 5HY. Arrangements can be made for collection by contacting us at suesmithglass@icloud.com
